Strategizing at the Powder Creek Bridge project

Adair County Road Department Supervisor Jobe Darnell and Adair County District 2 Magistrate Daryl Flatt talked about plans for construction of the new bridge across Powder Creek, during the bypass building phase on September 27, 2013. Mr. Darnell commented on the angle route the bridge would take, the most of any of the 18 the department has built in the administrations of CJE Ann Melton. Paired Photo -
