The Sigogglin Bridge over Powder Creek

2013-10-08 - Clear Springs Road, District 2, Adair County, KY - Photo By Ed Waggener. The Adair County Road Department is quickly building the new bridge over Powder Creek on Clear Springs Road in Magistrate Daryl Flatt's District (2). County built bridges are now a bit higher since the State requires design by engineering firms. This one special. Built at an angle, it may be the most sigogglin one in the county - maybe anywhere.
