2013-10-01 - Clear Springs Road, Adair County, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener. The house is in a stone's throw from the new Bridge being built on Clear Springs Road in Magisterial District 2 by the Adair County Road Department. In late September when the photo was taken the stream is docile, but Magistrate Daryl Flatt has photos on his iPhone which are a testament to Powder Creek's rambunctuousness when it would escape its banks and flood the bed of the old bridge.
