Water bottles spell out 875, for millions without clean water

Water Step Project - Lindsey Wilson College students in Douglas Keaton's "Global Energy Issues" class created an "875" Monday on the Campus Quadrangle out of 875 plastic water bottles to represent the 875 million people around the world who go daily without access to clean water. Joining the students are Keaton, LWC President William T. Luckey Jr. and Vice President for Academic Affairs Bettie Starr. The students are: Matthew Abel of Elizabethtown, KY; Chris Bates of Elizabethtown, KY; Sarah Bradley of Hickman, KY; Herman Dople of Strunk, KY; Emily Garrison of Williamstown, KY; Niki Glazebrook of Sturgis, KY; Kyle Hornback of Mammoth Cave, KY; Cole Hughes of Hodgenville, KY; Quinton Hutchinson of Leitchfield, KY; Chelsea King of Burkesville, KY; Carolyn Laux of Louisville, KY; Wesley Marcum of Owensboro, KY; Christopher McCasland of Columbia; Jacinda McQueen of East Bernstadt, KY; Tayler Mills of Dawson Springs, KY; Sarah Pedigo of Edmonton, KY; Josh Powers of Hawesville, KY; Heather Sinclair of Jamestown, KY; Brittney Taylor of Bowling Green, KY; and Miranda Wright of Columbia. - Duane Bonifer, Lindsey Wilson College
