Harris, signed documents today, Monday, September 9, 2013, proclaiming the week of September 17-23, 2013, as Constitution Week in Columbia/Adair County. Looking on are Sue Stivers, Daughters of the American Revolution Jane Lampton Chapter Regent, and, on the right, Jane Wilson Grant, Jane Lampton DAR, Treasurer. Other officers of the local group are Vice Regent Rita Popplewell Johnson, and Recording Secretary JLila Curry Ford.
