Big crowd at Jeff's Food Mart for lunch yesterday

2013-09-04 - Campbellville, KY - Photo by Larry Smith, The Big Dawg. There was a huge crowd yesterday at Jeff's Food Mart, next to campus of Campbellsville University. The picture was made right after Max Wise, Campbellsville, KY, had announced his candidacy for the Kentucky State Senate in the newly formed SB 16, including Taylor, Adair, Russell, Cumberland, Clinton, and Wayne Counties. In the photo, are Barry Bertram, former Commonwealth Attorney; Phillip George, Lebanon, KY; across the table, Bobby Brockman, sports reporter for the Big Dawg; in the blue shirt is UCB's Ron Wise; in white shirt and pink tie, John Bertram, Taylor County Attorney; Peter DeGree, Blevins Construction, Maurice Coppock, Coppock's Applicance, and countless university students from Campbellsville University. Most were there for the incredible chili Jeff's serves for lunch every day. - LARRY SMITH, The Big Dawg, 99.9 FM
