USPS recognizes Joseph Flowers for 25 years service

Rosemary Miller, Manager of Post Office Operations came to Columbia from the District Office in Louisville KY to recognize 25 years of service as a USPS carrier by Joseph Flowers. Flowers is a Rural Mail Carrier in Columbia and currently delivers mail to more than 500 customers on an 80 mile route that begins on Bull Run Road and winds through a Northeast section of Adair County, KY.
