Epicurean Kentuckian: Stir-Fried Chicken

2013-08-14 - A CM EK Kitchen - Photo by Pen. I sauteed chicken in a mixture of olive oil and sesame oil, and then removed the chicken from the pan and tossed it with some fresh chopped ginger while the chicken was still very hot. Then I stir-fried a mixture of peppers with onion, celery, and purple cabbage until they were hot but still crisp. I served the chicken and vegetables over white rice, garnished with sesame seeds and a garlic-hot sauce.
