Ed Wigal, accommodating celebrity

2013-08-11 - ACPC, 158 Col. Casey Drive, Columbia, KY . Ed Wigal of Access Locksmith was a busy man when sighted at Adair County Primary Center this week, but still had time for photo time out. The school is a beehive of activity now, with teachers getting classrooms ready in both wings. The school is open for teachers 7am-6pmCT. Classroom occupation began yesterday morning, Saturday, August 10, 2013, after Superintendent Alan W. Reed received a temporary certificate of occupancy from the state on Friday.
