Lindsey Wilson Bell cast in Hillsboro, OH

2013-08-01 - LW Plant Operations, 100 Bryant Street, Columbia, KY - Photo by Ruth Smith, Lindsey Wilson photo. The Lindsey Wilson Bell, removed from the entrance porch roof some 40 yyears ago, was cast by the C.S. Bell Foundry, Hillsboro, OH. The "28" signifies the diameter of the bell. For a history of the C.S. Bell Foundry, Click here. And yes, the company still exists, but, according to the site, the bell segment of the product line was sold and moved to Prindle Station, Washougal, WA.
