Epicurean Kentuckian: Breakfast from FM2, mostly

We ate breakfast from the Farmers Market this morning:
- June apples - easy and fast applesauce with cinnamon and sugar (the apples were tart)
- Sausage - mild and very tasty
- Little new potatoes- great for country fried
- Onions- mixed with the potatoes
- Tomatoes- large and very good
The eggs were not from the farmers market but from the chickens up the hill from me. We will be having pork chops for lunch and they came from the farmers market also. We are eating good in the neighborhood. Melewi picture taken by me. (My first food picture.)
