Flags are flying for the Fourth - at City Hall

The first two calls we got at CM this morning were from Larry Smith, coming into town from Campbellsville, and Linda Waggener, on her way to Campbellsville, both excited that the Flags were going up for the Fourth of July. One thing the city is doing right now is only flying bright, unfaded flags - whether one agrees with putthing them up and taking them down so often or prefers the budget for the flags be ample enough to keep them up continuously in warmer weather. - EW
