Approaching Dynamic Dunnville, KY, from the north

2013-06-18 - Dunnville, Casey Co., KY - Photo by Ed Waggener. Dunnville, KY is one of South Central Kentucky's most dynamic communities. On the left, above, is the impressive new headquarters for Tarter Industries. On the right, a new Casey County Bank. Straight ahead, the steeple of the newer Dunnville Christian Church. On the left, out of sight, a world class convenience store eatery, the Dogwalk Deli. On the right ahead, the remnants of Riggin's Restaurant, a wonderful restaurant of the past. Around the bend of road, Tarter Gate's original factory. And just ahead, on the right, the turn off this stretch of US 127 is River Road, which becomes Dunnville Road at the Casey/Adair line. Dunnville is the home of historian Paul Patton. If you go It's about 30 minutes - we suggest you drive a little slower, see a little more - by way or Russell Springs or by the shorter route through Eunice, KY, for a delightful day trip. See Google Map/Directions to plan a round trip.
