Downtown Columbia: Jessica Hingle at Cafe on Square

2013-06-14 - 212 Public Square, Columbia, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener. Jessica Hingle, daughter of Cafe on the Square founders Ellen and the late Steve Hingle, serves brunch in the photo above a bit out of sight, but it's a cream cheese and pecan roll fresh from the oven. The Cafe is now in it's third day, enjoying a bristling welcome back since it's re-opening on Wednesday, June 12, 2013. The restaurant is open five days a week, 7am-3pmCT, Mon.-Fri., at 212 Public Square, Columbia, KY, at 212 Public Square, Columbia, KY. The restaurant features a wide variety of sandwiches, gourmet soups, and carries on a tradition of baked on the premises daily desserts and always, freshly brewed coffees. Breakfast items are now served, as well. Steve Chundy is manager.
