The spectacular vehicle crash at Gradyville, KY

The photographer, Frances Salyers, Columbia, KY, saw two of her own 2 vehicles heavily damaged under the red 2000 Honda at the top of the car pyramid, when she snapped this picture. On the left is her 1992 Chevrolet Z71 pick-up and on the right, a 2013 Chevrolet Equinox SUV. Also wiped out in the runaway car episode was the Gradyville/Nell Voting House. The driver of the vehicle, Byron Firkins, 21, was arrested on multiple charges and was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
