Spectators view wreckage in Gradyville, KY

Gradyville residents, frequent customers at the store consider the damage caused by the 2002 red Honda sitting atop two vehicles owned by D & F Deli, background, proprietor Frances Salyers, in a dramatic crash at around 3:30pmCT, Wednesday, June 5, 2013. The little blue roofed Z-loc panel building in foreground is owned by the Adair Fiscal Court. It was placed on the site in the first term of CJE Ann Melton to serve as a polling place for the Gradyville-Nell precinct in Magisterial District 4. The driver of the Honda, 21 year old Byron Firkins of Columbia, KY refused transport for medical injuries and was arrested, and lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail by Adair County Deputy Sheriff Aaron Rainwater. Firkins faces a number of charges.
