Russell County's waterfalls never get the publicity Lake Cumberland does, but they are delightful water features. This one is not as grand as those on Greasy Creek or east of Jamestown out Cumberland Avenue, but it is a a calming, peaceful, welcome scene along the byway between Jamestown and Russsell Springs, on the "shortcut" Half-Acre Ridge Road. - CM
