The Flags are out!

2013-05-23 - 500 Public Square, Columbia, KY - Photo by Gina Baker, Bank of Columbia photo. Gina Baker let us all know that the flags are out. It's shaping up as a big weekend in Adair County, with graduation events tonight and tomorrow, closely followed by the Memorial Day weekend end with street markets, the book fair, a huge estate sale downtown, yard sales and Memorial Day programs around the county and cooperating weather to make it a happy one. The flags will be flown through the weekend, then taken down to help preserve them - and put up again for the next big summer holiday, July 4th. - CM
