Wrap first concept shown for mobile classroom

2013-05-13 - 1204 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener. David Jones, Transportation Director for the Adair County School District standing, shows were the fuel tank cage will get some extra detail to to hide its frame when the Adair County School District moves ahead with the mobile classroom now under construction with the conversion of a 1992 International School Bus. The classroom will be used for the Gifted and Talented Program at the four schools, Adair County Primary Center, Adair County Elementary, Adair County Middle School, and Adair County High School. Jones presented the plan at a press conference this morning. This Power Point slide shows the first concept of the wrap being designed by Uptown Graphics, Upton, KY. The wrap shows a missile with the world, a missile with the Gifted and Talented motto, Mission Possible, and a Map of Adair County showing the communities. At the suggestion of Larry Smith, The WAVE 92.7 News Anchor, the words "Adair County" will be in the wrap design, which, Superintendent Alan Reed says, is a work in progress. The graphics artist will go through several designs before the final one is selected.
