Stamp Out Hunger brings in over 3,500 lbs. of food

Murrell writes: "I want to thank you for helping promote our Letter Carrier’s annual food drive. This community has stepped up again and contributed much to this worthy cause. This picture of shows some of our carriers with the 3500 lbs. of food collected on Saturday, May 11, 2013 in Columbia and Adair County. All of the food collected is staying here in Adair County and will be distributed by the Adair County Food Pantry to help those in need. Pictured are front row: Joey Topping, Geneva Grant and Neal Owsley. Second row: Jim Owens, Darrell Coomer, Joe Flowers, Marty Dykes and Ronnie Holt. Steve Watson is in back."
