2013-05-10 - Wheeler Hill Pass, KY 61, Sparksville, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener. The 750,000 Sparksville Water Tower dominates the curve in the eastward drift of Kentucky 61 just south of Sparksville, KY, and stands out, even in on a gray May day, May 10, 2013, and even though, from the north, the tower is generically unbranded. The tank is the second largest in the Columbia/Adair County Utilities District, after the one million gallon Raider Bob tank at Holladay Place.
