Ricky Bault reports progress in maintenance |
2013-04-19 - 1204 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY - Photo By Ed Waggener.
Ricky Bault covers a lot of territory with brief, concise reports on the state of maintenance, reporting: 1) The stair treads at Adair County High School have been bolstered, are safe - as they always were. 2) The top of the marquee on the "Big A" is now in place at Adair County High School, where, he said, "The sign ought to have been in the first place. (PHOTO) 3) The big numbers, "623" are now in place for the Football Complex. (PHOTO) 4) A recent trip by the head custodians at the individual schools, Mr. Reed, and Mr. Bault was a great time to share ideas. "They have great maintenance. We picked up a lot from them; I think they got just as much from the areas where we excel." 5) Planning is already in place for the logistics involved in moving Colonel Casey and John Adair Intermediate School to new quarters for the 2013-2014 School Year. Superintendent Reed said, after the meeting, that he is as excited about the progress in maintenance as he is in the enthusiasm for success in core curriculum which pervades the system now. "Mr. Bault and his staff are certainly a key component of the 'Tradition of Excellence,' the best of Adair County's education system has."
