Mystery picture: What's this? (Contest over at 6:18amCT)

2013-04-15 - Adair County, KY - Photo Pen. Contest Over: Angie Scott correctly answered the question: It's the ticket box at the Columbian Theatre in Downtown Columbia

It looks like something from Joe Moore's museum collection. But it isn't. If you've never used the device, you're welcome to guess what it is, and tell the important role it's played in Adair County for many decades. Yes, we'll make a $25 contribution to Chromebooks for Casey to the first person (only one prize), (which we hope the winner will match) who fully describes the device, where it was used and writes the best paragraph describing its role. Send using the Comments button with this photo. (Don't want to wait to help Chromebooks for Casey? Want to Donate tonight? Click to: Chromebooks for Casey. Whatever you give - from $10 to enough to buy 10 laptops for Adair County School children - any amount will be appreciated. - CM)
