2013-04-13 - 6104 Elkhorn Road, Knifley, KY - Photo CM staff photo. Scaling the peak of academe both Barbara Montoya, left and Keysha Tucker, in the safety yellow have earned MSM - Masters of Sandwich Making - degrees from the University of Knifley. They are fast and they are good at the craft, building a double order of cheddar and jack cheese on the real thing - white bread - slathered on all inside slices with Miracle Whip and deluxed with fresh crisp iceberg lettuce, tomato, onion, and hot banana peppers. With a bottle of icy cold milk, a bottle of water, and a six oz. Coke in a glass bottle (the only way David Heskamp drank it), was a feast - for about 10 bucks. They're at Baker's Grocery, 6104 Elkhorn Road, Knifley, KY
