When A.L. Sinclair speaks, the court listens

Sinclair addressed the Monday, March 18 2013 Special Regular Meeting of the Adair Fiscal Court last night, he had the full attention of Fourth District Magistrate Perry Reeder, left, and Third District Magistrate Sammy Baker. Mr. Sinclair said that even though the Spring Roadside Clean Up is running about two weeks behind because of the weather, he's got a good crew lined up this season and hopes to make a dramatic change in the looks of Adair County roadways. After the meeting, Mr. Sinclair said that it's been hard to understand why, after years of progress, the trash buildup over the winter has been what looks like the worst ever. The goal now is to be ready for the summer tourist season.
