There are over a dozen ingredients and it's a complicated preparation, but well worth it, especially on a bone-chilling winter day. According to Wikipedia, the dish has been listed at number 5 on the World's 50 most delicious foods poll compiled by CNN in 2011. See: Wikipedia: Pad Thai. This dish was made from a second-hand dish, with some Shelby County market dictated and family preference variations, but was declared a favorite.
