Photo Puzzler 299-41607: A pretty water falls

2013-03-01 - ????????? - Photo by Ed Waggener. Where is it? This time we won't require street and number for the location, so many waterfalls just don't have designation; in fact, according to Justin Bailey, 911 Coordinator, he doesn't know of any Adair County waterfall with a street and number. "Some bridges, do," he said, "but to my knowledge no waterfalls have street and number. A pretty obvious answer, considering that everyone already knows that Russell Creek Bridge on KY 206 has this official address, "790 Liberty Road, Columbia, KY." Everybody knows that. To save time, there's another hint: It isn't in Russell County, where the world goes to look for the grandest waterfalls. But it may be in any of the other 7 counties in the Center of the Universe - Adair, Casey, Cumberland, Green, Metcalfe, (Russell), and Taylor Counties. And there are other hints. The requirement in this one is to tell the closest town it's in AND give the reasons why. Use the Comments form with this puzzle to send your answer. -EW
