Summersville, KY: Bud Price's station

2013-02-16 - Hodgenville Road, Summersville, KY - Photo from collection of Larry Smith. Larry Smith sent this photo from his collection of the Bud Price Station on KY 61, Hodgenville Road, in downtown Summersville, KY, his hometown. The station building is still standing, but the business is no longer open. The year could be dated approximately from the cars; maybe the late 1950's or early 1960's. The large two story house on the left was the home of fertilizer dealer and money lender James Skaggs. Larry Smith, Operations Manager for the Big Dawg, 99.9 FM, grew up in Summersville, KY.
