Some final touches including completing a concrete spill basin for the 15 ft. tall Total Tank, above was all that was needed, County Road Superintendent Jobe Darnell reported to Adair Fiscal Court, for Total Patcher instruction to begin for the use of the new equipment to begin within days making spot repairs where needed to Adair County's 600 miles of county roads.
