A triple headstone marks Winfrey family loss to cholera

The identical date on three headstones just to the right of the obelisk in the photo above, in the Winfrey family plot in the old section of the Columbia Cemetery sugggest a larger story - and there is one, told today, Sunday, February 10, 2013, by Mike Watson, Adair County Historian, in a riveting story about an outbreak of cholera in Columbia.
