Third national women's soccer banner hung in Biggers

2013-02-01 - Biggers Sports Center, 360 Spickard Drive, Columbia, KY - Photo By Duane Bonifer. Members of the Lindsey Wilson College women's soccer team unveiled the program's third NAIA national championship banner Thursday night at Biggers Sports Center. The banner - known in the NAIA as "Big Red" -- was unveiled during halftime of the LWC-Rio Grande (Rio Grande, Ohio) University men's basketball game and placed on the Biggers Center wall next to the program's first two national titles, won in 2004 and 2006, respectively. The LWC women's soccer team won the 2012 NAIA national title December 1.
