Hailey's rite of passage: Up and about

2013-01-27 - Shelby Co., KY - Photo by Pen. Hailey is doing everything now Walking, talking, telephoning. She was 1 year old on January 25, 2013, in our family, where birthday celebrations start a minimum of three weeks before and continue as long as the birthdayee can sustain it. If the Federal government can make universal holidays on Monday, it has to be legal to observe birthdays this way. And after all, life's a continuum. Anyway, the cast above: Hailey's mother, Amy, in upper left photo. Hailey's first cousin, Tillie, the blonde. One of the Grevans, in the middle. And, Hailey at right in that photo. The Grevans are both seen in the lower right photo - E. Smith Waggener, at left in the photo, Graham at right. The little ones are the grandchildren of Linda and Ed Waggener of Columbia, who make frequent checks to make sure they are getting the attention they deserve. Or else. Granddad, Ed
