Pondering Westwood/Sportsman Club Road proposal



2013-01-07 - City Hall, 116 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY - Photo By Ed Waggener. Columbia City Councillors Dr. Ronald Rogers, Charles Grimsley, and June Parson conferred on a proposal to designate the connector road from the Adair Veterans Memorial Bypass as Westwood Drive and, at its "T" with the new Sportsman Club Road, have the right hand continue as Westwood, and the left become a new road, Sportsman Club Road. The proposal, by Adair County 911 Mapping and Addressing Coordinator Justin Bailey, was approved 6-0. The city will be responsible for one sign. Sportsman's Club Roadand the Sportsman's Club are in the County; Westwood Drive is in the City. The photo was taken at the Monday, January 7, 2012, City Council meeting. Paired photo.
