ACES 6th graders blend science, art, in learning process



2012-12-11 - ACES, 870 Indian DR, Columbia, Ky - Photo by Rachel Bardin. Adair County Elementary Sixth Graders learned how art and science work together. Above, A plaster cast of a leaf. Thanks to Mrs. Debra Wimmer, art teacher, and Mrs. Paula Bault for her guidance. The project was funded by a private company, DirectTV through The project was funded by a DirecTV company in Segundo, California through a website called DonorsChoose.com. It was truly a blessing. Special thanks goes to Mrs. Paula Bault for her guidance, and also to Mrs. Debra Wimmer from ACHS for suggesting this idea and helping me teach the children how to mold and cast! - Rachel Bardin
