Larry Smith, Operations Manager of the Big Dawg, FM 99.9 snapped this moment with a Kentucky icon among firefighters, Charlie Shaw, as fire fighters were beginning to get control and finish the job of reducing the embers to no threat level. Smith is reporting live from the scene on the Big Dawg, now back on the air after being sidelined by a power failure.
