2012-12-02 - Milltown, KY - Photo by Jessica Rodgers. Jessica Rodgers writes, "My 3-month old baby girl, Lillian Grace Ballard, is a finalist in the Parent's Magazine Cutest Kid of 2012 contest. As of this morning she ranked 89 out of 5795! I was hoping you could help us get the cover of the magazine by posting the link to the site and asking for votes." Lilli's mom Jessica graduated from ACHS in 2009, and readers may remember her as 2009 FFA Sweetheart and Fall Homecoming Queen. She currently works at Tractor Supply in Columbia and lives in Milltown. Lilli's grandparents are Jeff and Kathy Rodgers, and her great-grandparents are Mary Rodgers, Donnie Rodgers, and Clyde and Louise Pelly. Vote for Lilli at Parents Magazine.
