Walnut Grove Road Bridge: Scenic sweep

2012-11-21 - Walnut Grove Road, Burns Creek Bridge, Columbia, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener. This photo shows the broad scenic curve to the new approach to the new bridge that Jobe built. The photo was taken after the bridge was formally opened today. On the left, Magistrate Sam Baker and Adair County Roads Supervisor Jobe Darnell were strategizing with road department members before the bug out convoy - taking equipment back to staging areas - was firmly in place. On the right - Magistrate Baker's grandson is loading the family Chevy with some of the picnic utensils.
