Anthony Janes, Fabco, present ACHS with new bench

2012-11-16 - 1204 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener. Adair County Elementary School (ACES) Principal Robbie Harmon modeled the new bench built by Anthony Janes, Fabco Manufacturing, Columbia, KY, and presented as a gift to Adair County High School. Superintendent A.W. Reed said that a similar bench, made specifically for Lindsey Wilson College, has been given to LWC, and that each has an approximately $500 value. The bench is an example of the work which Fabco can now do, right here in Columbia, with its recently installed plasma cutters. Already, Mr. Reed said, he's heard suggestions that the benches, with Downtown Columbia motif(s), be installed on the Public Square Sidewalks.
