Confrontation: Paul Reynolds, 911 Board Member Harrison Moss

2012-11-14 - Adair Annex, 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener. Paul Reynolds, standing and Adair County Sheriff Harrison Moss, seated, right exchanged differences over the protocol followed by law enforcement and Adair 911 in situations involving vehicles towed in criminal situations. Others seen, Clockwise from front, Adair County Jailer Rick Wilson with back to camera; Adair 911 Mapping and Addressing Coordinator Justin Bailey's back; and barely seen, Magistrate Sammy Baker (District 3) - green shirt; and Magistrate Daryl Flatt (District 2), in formal attire. Magistrate Flatt asked if procedures were properly followed in Reynolds' request for a hearing, and Judge Melton said that she will follow up with an inquiry with Columbia Police Chief Jason Cross, who Reynolds' said took Reynolds' and Ernie Harper off the call rotation list for "harassment."
