Troutman Bros. - Another Adair family synonymous with service

2012-11-12 - VFW Post 6097, 411 Fairground Street, Columbia, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener. Two of the veterans in attendance were Edgar Troutman, left and his brother Fred Troutman. The Joppa, KY natives are members of one of the many Adair County families whose names are synonymous with service. Edgar Troutman lives in Columbia, Fred Troutman is retired in Frankfort, KY, after a distinguished career in State Government. The photo was taken at the November 10, 2012, Columbia Walmart Supercenter Veterans Program.
