Baseball players Maddix Rodgers and Jake McQueary took an inning off from the game to play Bingo for Books at Hallow Read. Hallow Read was held at Adair County Elementary School, 870 Indian Drive on Monday, October 22, 2012. It is sponsored annually by the Adair County Schools and the Adair Public Library to promote reading in a fun family environment. - Debbie Cowan
