Herb Garden hits snag: Big rock slab needed for bench

2012-10-22 - Trabue Russell House, 201 Jamestown Street, Columbia, KY - Photo by Barbara Armitage. A second bench just like this one at the Springhouse Herb Garden needs a special stone. The Adair County Garden Club needs your help. If you have a stone approximately 18 inches wide, 36 inches long and 2 to 4 inches thick and are willing to part with it we need you. We are willing to pay a modest sum for the bench stone and we have the means to haul it. If you can help us please contact Barbara Armitage at 270-250-2979. - Barbara Armitage
