Barbara Armitage sends this photo taken at Downtown Days 2012 and writes: "Ringling Brothers called -They want him back Have you seen this man? Ringling Brother's Home for Not Quite Right Clowns called this morning looking for this unidentified man who apparently escapes every October. According to my source at the Adair County Garden Club he mysteriously appears every year precisely in time for Downtown Days - sells a boatload of Cotton Candy and Popcorn to raise money for the ACGC and then vanishes. My CI refused to give up any further information other than to say that they are grateful for the help."
