Adair County Board Member Joseph Payne (Div 3) claimed he lacked technical skills at the start of the presentation on use of the devices in Adair County Schools in the technology department's presentation on the devices and the growing use of tablets in the classroom. Above in just minutes, Mr. Payne was manipulating the device better than a tech pro - though not nearly as well as mankind's seemingly born-with-the-skill: pre-schoolers. Superintendent Reed noted that it's a brave new world we're living in. -EW
