The iPad presentation of phase two Tech's time on stage, as three waves of interest groups - those concerned with technology, agriculture groups, and boosters - kept the conference room at the Adair County Board of Education packed and overflowing 6pm-9:20pmCT, when a weary Board Chairman Floyd Burton called for a tabling of the last item on a 27 point agenda - the naming of a road into the new elementary school - after almost three and one-half hours.
