Sample copy of new KY licenses coming to Russell Co., KY

2012-09-11 - 410 Monument Circle, Jamestown, KY - Photo from Amber Hale. A sample of the new Kentucky Drivers License which will be issued from the office Russell County Court Clerk Lisha Popplewell after installation of new camera and software equipment on Monday, September 17, 2012. Driver's licenses sales will be suspended that day. Later in the fall, the licenses, in appropriate cases, may carry the words "Veteran" and/or "Organ Donor." The licenses will still be $20.
