Homeplace a great place for ice cream, face paint disguise

"These two lovely ladies were traveling in disguise and refused to disclose their true identity," writes George Koblenschlag. "They were obviously enjoying the ice cream almost as much as the face painting." The photo is just one of many happy scenes at the 6th Annual Homeplace on Green River Fall Festival, which was successful even after a Saturday morning, September 8, 2012, rain kept attendance down. Saturday afternoon, on the other hand, was absolutely perfect fall like weather, and the turnout was excellent for the event.
