Water slowed school construction a bit

One wing of the new elementary school on the Adair County School District is rising out of the ground, but, as this photo taken Thursday, September 6, 2012, by Mr. Terry Loy, site foreman/superintendent for Branscum Construction shows, construction was slowed a bit by the otherwise badly needed rains. A lot of the day Thursday was spent pumping water from the site, but by Friday things were moving along better, Mr. Loy said.
