Operation Kitty Rescue: ID's of heroines

2012-09-02 - Jamestown Street, Columbia, KY - Photo by Peg Schaeffer. Peg Schaeffer of Sugarfoot Farm Rescue, Inc sent this photo of four beautiful young heroines who took part in Operation Kitty Rescue on Thursday evening, August 30, 2012, writing, "Here's a photo of the group who pulled the kitten out of the sewer hole." In her excitement, she didn't send ID's. All the faces look familiar, but we aren't able to positively identify any of the heroines. The story of Hope McTaco, the little black kitten which spent over three months in the storm sewer between Taco Bell and McDonald's of Columbia - perhaps along with the Blue Moon of Kentucky this week - a frenzy of cat fervor, a new organization, C.A.T. (Citizen Action Team), and some absolutely delightful cat stores. If anyone knows the identities and organizations of the four belles above, please let us know using the Comments button with this photo.
