Here is a scan of a 1939 Adair County News article and photo on the Bar X Boys that was reprinted in The Daily Statesman in 1983. Photo is poor, at best, but the members were identified, left to right, as: David Ackman (click read more: name should be "David Akeman," and that adds a great significance to the photo.
